Teach A Life, For Life is about a beautiful person who is endowed with exceptional talent and who, in a very short time, had achieved, specifically in sports and music, much more than many in their life time. But achievement is not her focus. Her achievements are merely hangers to display her coat of many colours, the many and varied life lessons she wishes to share with her readers. I find her authentic voice inspiring and motivating, not because she soared above most, but because she was able to overcome the many disappointments and setbacks. They are the stuff that make her the wholesome life-long learner and inspiring teacher-coach that she is.

"In this book, I learnt about teacher Eileen's life, her journey through sports and academic. This is a book about how she overcame the difficulties throughout her life. On the other hand, I felt sad for her injuries while at the same time happy and proud for all her achievements. The lesson I learnt from this book is that we should never give up, always look on the positive side of life and to never give up hope."
"This passage from your book Teach a Life, for Life really resonates with my soul: The thought of flying was always in my mind. I would try anything that my supple body could handle as yearned to feel my body fly in the air like a butterfly spreading its beautiful wings in the wind, to experience the independence, freedom and spontaneity of flight. For me, riding a horse, running faster than wind, is a parallel to flying."
